35mm SmartShutter and Lambda SC controller now
available.
Sutter Instrument. has announced the addition of a 35-mm shutter
and Lambda SC controller to its SmartShutter product line.
The SmartShutter incorporates a high performance motor drive
and precision stepper motor, and is designed with only one moving
part to minimize wear and improve performance. It operates with
open/close times of 8 ms and can achieve continuous operation frequencies
as high as 20Hz (35Hz for the 25mm). The Lambda SC controller can
be controlled remotely from a computer via the USB port, or TTL
input, and uses the TTL output to support remote triggering of external
devices. The Lambda 10-B/IQ controller can operate either two shutters
or a filter wheel and a shutter.
